Born and raised in Foley, Alabama, Randall is an experienced Alabama trial lawyer with more than two decades of courtroom success fighting for injured clients and their families. A graduate of the University of Alabama School of Law, he has built a reputation as a relentless advocate who takes on insurance companies, corporations, and negligent parties to pursue the compensation his clients deserve.
Randall’s practice is heavily focused on personal injury law, representing victims of car accidents, truck accidents, wrongful death claims, premises liability, serious injury cases, and insurance disputes. He understands the physical, emotional, and financial toll an injury can cause, and he works tirelessly to help clients recover damages for medical expenses, lost wages, pain and suffering, and long-term care needs.
In addition to his personal injury practice, Randall also handles complex litigation involving fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, estate and trust disputes, and will contests. His broad trial experience gives him a strategic advantage when cases involve complicated facts, contested liability, or significant financial damages.
Having practiced for over twenty years in Circuit and Federal Courts, Randall has secured numerous million-dollar verdicts and settlements for his clients. Known for thorough preparation, aggressive advocacy, and a commitment to results, he never backs down from holding wrongdoers accountable.
